Hi, I’m Steph and I’m a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Kinesiologist based in Bristol in the UK.
I work collaboratively with adults on a 1-1 basis, helping them to reduce stress, find their inner calm and move forward on their journey to improved emotional and physical well-being.
Drawing on empowering, evidence based psycho-therapeutic techniques grounded in the latest insights from neuroscience; and complementary, holistic natural healthcare practices, I will support you in developing your self-awareness and moving towards solutions. I will help you tap into your subconscious wisdom and resources so that you can make improvements in areas of your life that may be affecting your well-being. I use these techniques daily on my own on-going journey of personal development and I love helping people rediscover their own potential.
