Hi, I’m Steph, a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in Bristol, UK, and I work with people from all walks of life to help them make positive changes and overcome hurdles to their emotional and physical well-being.

I use solution focused and cognitive behavioural therapy techniques in combination with guided relaxations and imagery with positive suggestions to help you make changes in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. It is safe, practical and empowering and can be just what is needed for you to move forward in life.
I am also training in Systematic Kinesiology which uses muscle testing to tap into the mind and body’s subconscious knowledge and subtle energy systems. This can be helpful in identifying energetic imbalances, releasing subconscious blocks and bringing about a sense of balance on a physical and emotional level.
